This is a complete design plan and purchasing list to take your space from concept to reality.

Here's how we'll work together:

Initial Deep Dive (1-1.5 hours)

We'll get into how you live in the space, what's working and what isn't, and the aesthetic that feels most like you. We'll pull up inspiration and pieces in real time to start building a visual direction together.

Design Package Delivery

You'll receive a comprehensive deck that includes:

• Detailed notes from our conversation

• A full mood board for each space

• To-scale floor plans and layouts

• Renderings so you can see how it all comes together

• A complete shopping list with budget tracking—we source both new pieces and curated vintage/secondhand finds (based on availability)

Review & Refine Call (45 minutes)

Once you've had time to absorb everything, we'll reconnect to talk through any tweaks or changes. We'll work through adjustments together on the call so you feel confident moving forward.

Final Design Delivery

You'll get the updated deck with all our refinements—your complete roadmap for the space.

A few things to know

• Need more support after we wrap? You can book additional time at an hourly rate (based on availability)

• This is all virtual. We’ll source everything online, including secondhand gems from Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Chairish, and other vintage sources

• You handle the purchasing and delivery. We provide the links and guidance, you place the orders.

• Custom work and contractors? We’ll advise on what should happen and include directional plans for custom elements in our visuals, but you'll coordinate the details and execution with your contractors.
